Accom.jpgAs part of your registration package, you can choose to include accommodation. The accommodation will be on campus in the UCD Halls of Residency.  The single en-suite rooms are comfortable, clean and located in close proximity to the meeting. The rooms include all bedding, towels and a few basic toiletries.

A full Irish Breakfast or a Continental Breakfast will be available every morning, as part of the accommodation package.

There are a variety of benefits to staying on campus, including; being as near as possible to the meeting, being able to take advantage of the hassle free transportation to and from the Banquet on the final evening, as well as keeping it affordable.

If campus accommodation is not for you, you may wish to consider a couple of other local hotel options. Please note that UCD, the elmi2018 venue, is a 30 minute taxi journey from Dublin city centre and accommodation near the UCD campus is limited.

Please be aware that Monday 4 June is a Bank Holiday in Ireland and this may be reflected in Hotel prices. 


It’s one thing to say you’ve been to Dublin. Another to say you’ve done it. Sounds, songs, tunes and tastes – Dublin is a cosmopolitan European city with a very Irish heart. From traditional music to stunning urban parks, the city is all about giving things a go. You may not have a huge amount of spare time during the meeting, but you won't fail to realise that Dublin is a special city, and a very easy place to have fun.
